Visit to Coleton Fishacre and Lunch at the Berry Head Hotel
The Provincial Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of Devonshire cordially invites the wives, partners and guests of Brethren attending the Provincial Grand Lodge meeting to join them for a leisurely visit to the National Trust property of Coleton Fishacre, near Kingswear, followed by lunch at the Berry Head Hotel, with its magnificent panoramic views across Torbay.
Itinerary
9.15am Meet in the ground-floor café at the Riviera International Conference Centre, Torquay, TQ2 5LZ.
9.30amThe coach will depart from the Riviera International Conference Centre for Coleton Fishacre.
This beautiful Arts and Crafts country house was once the home of the D’Oyly Carte family, famous for their association with the Savoy Hotel and their patronage of Gilbert and Sullivan.
Guests will have time to explore the house and wander through the estate’s 24 acres of beautiful gardens, enjoying stunning views across the sea and the rugged Torbay coastline.
A coffee shop is located next to the ticket office at Coleton Fishacre.
12.30pm Depart Coleton Fishacre by coach and travel to the Berry Head Hotel for a relaxed two-course lunch, accompanied by panoramic views across Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.
Please note that drinks are not included.
3.00pmBoard the coach for the return journey to the Riviera International Conference Centre, arriving at approximately 3.30pm to 3.45pm.
National Trust members must bring their valid membership cards with them to gain admission to Coleton Fishacre.
